OrganoClick subsidiary OrganoWood markets and supply modified wood and wood treatment products. As its next step of expansion, ORGANOWOOD® wood protection system is now launched on the Canadian market through a distribution agreement with the wood paint and coating distributor Osmo Wood & Colour Canada. Through their sell force, ORGANOWOOD® wood protection will now be sold and distributed to paint dealers and building supply chains in the whole Canadian market.
OrganoWoods wood protection products were the first in Sweden to be awarded with the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation environmental labeling "Good Environmental Choice". Currently OrganoWood has distribution agreements for its wood protection system in the Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the UK, The Baltics, and the Benelux countries.
The distribution agreement is a 3-year contract which give Osmo Wood & Colour Canada the right to sell, market and distribute ORGANOWOOD® wood protection in Canada.
