She will replace Alexis Fries who was appointed Pöyry PLC's President and CEO on 13 June 2012, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. The Board of Directors has also appointed Michael Obermayer to the Nomination and Compensation Committee where he will replace Karen de Segundo.
