The Finnish company, within the strategy framework of increasing the sheeting capacity of its high-quality paper and cardboard, commissioned Pasaban to design and manufacture a highly automated cardboard sheeting machine capable of being integrated into its production process.
The machine, a KDD sheeter, is configured with a high degree of automation to assuredly absorb high production levels and at the same time provide the flexibility the plant requires. As for its characteristics, the sheeter is able to process reels with a diameter of up to 2500 mm, it has 2 unwind stands and it is able to operate at a speed of 400 m/min with the utmost precision. On the whole, the machine provides a non-stop fully automated solution ideal for high production requirements.
