Jan 25, 2012. /Lesprom Network/. Pfleiderer AG has withdrawn the petition with the Higher Regional Court in Nuremberg to gain the approval of the Court to have the resolutions of the shareholders’ meeting held July 21, 2011 registered and become effective despite pending litigation. Pfleiderer aims to submit a new petition at a later stage, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
Pfleiderer herewith acknowledges the view of the Higher Regional Court in Nuremberg which had previously pointed out that it only makes sense to proceed with a decision related to the shareholders’ resolutions once the resolutions taken at the creditors’ meeting have been cleared by the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt.
Consequently, the court ruling scheduled for January 25 has been cancelled.
