Pinnacle Renewable Holdings Inc. completed a vertical short-form amalgamation under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Renewable Energy Inc., on December 29, 2018 pursuant to a director's resolution.
The Company changed its name from "Pinnacle Renewable Holdings Inc." to "Pinnacle Renewable Energy Inc.". The Company's stock trading symbol on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") will remain as PL and it is expected that the stock will commence trading under its new name at the opening of trading on January 4, 2019, subject to receipt of final approval from the TSX.
Pinnacle is a rapidly growing industrial wood pellet manufacturer and distributor and the third largest producer in the world. The Company produces sustainable fuel for renewable electricity generation in the form of industrial wood pellets.
