The Government of the Republic of Mordovia, Russia, approved the list of organizations that are exempt from the regime of paid non-working days, established by the Russian Federation Presidential Decree “On measures to ensure sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the Russian Federation population in connection with the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)".

Plyterra, JSC was included in this list as a company that significantly influences the socio-economic stability of the region and the population employment. Long shutdown could have negative impact on the ability of the company to fulfil its obligations under contracts, including state ones. Plywood is a building material for many strategic facilities of the country. In connection with the current difficult situation, it is worth pointing out some of the most important facilities for today, such as the prefabricated mobile infectious center in Troitsk and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts in New Moscow, the prefabricated infectious diseases structure in Pushkin, the Quarantine Center in Solnechnogorsky District, etc. Birch plywood of Plyterra, JSC production is used for construction of these centers.

The company has taken all necessary sanitary and epidemiological measures to ensure the prevention of spread of COVID-19. The personnel’s activity is possible only if these requirements are met.
