The management board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. reports that on January 12, 2007 Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. and Bank Gospodarki Żywnoœciowej S.A. concluded a PLN 150 million ($50.5 million) revolving loan agreement, PAP Market Insider reported. The loan will be used to finance the company’s operations as defined in its articles of incorporation. The agreement provides for a bullet repayment of the debt by December 16, 2011. The agreement comes into force on January 30, 2007, or earlier if the bank receives a written notice from the company that the agreement should enter into force as of an earlier date. The criterion for considering the agreement as a material agreement is the amount of the company’s equity.
