Apr 14, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. Swiss BrancoCel Ltd. has decided to suspend pulp mill construction in Brazilian state Roraima. The investments in the project has already amounted to $10 million. BrancoCel Ltd consulted with potential co-investors within last 5 years, but instability of Brazilian legal base resulted in difficulties with project’s financing and led to project suspension.
