PulteGroup, Inc., America’s third-largest homebuilding company, names Chase Turner as president of its Utah division, effective June 30, 2025. Turner, who has more than 20 years of experience in homebuilding and land acquisition, will oversee all strategic and operational activities as the company builds its presence in the state. The appointment follows PulteGroup’s 2023 entry into Utah with communities including Deep Creek at Jordanelle Ridge, Mountain Vista at Sunset Flats, and Salem Foothills, according to PulteGroup.
Turner previously served as Division President for Century Communities’ Utah Division. PulteGroup West Area President Chris Edgar said Turner’s expertise in strategy, land acquisition, and operational execution will support the company’s goal of becoming a market leader in the greater Salt Lake City metro and Utah market.
