The upgrade will enhance the sorting capacity and operational efficiency of the two existing lines at the Insjön facility, according to the supplier, RemaSawco.
The scope of the order covers the modernization of the complete dry sorter lines. The project includes delivery, installation, and commissioning, and is complemented by a new service level agreement (SLA) for ongoing maintenance.
Once upgraded, the sorters will process sawn timber at the mill, which is a key part of Bergkvist Siljan's production operations. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
