Rengo's consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Holdings Limited will acquire 100% of the shares in Tricor Packaging & Logistics AG through its subsidiary, Tri-Wall Germany GmbH, from NMJJ Allgäuer Vermögensverwaltung GmbH and 7-Industries Beteiligungs-GmbH.
Tri-Wall Germany will also acquire 100% of the shares in Gutmann Anlagentechnik GmbH from NMJJ Allgäuer Vermögensverwaltung GmbH and both Tricor and Gutmann will become indirectly owned subsidiary companies of Rengo Co., Ltd. upon closing.
