Rettenmeier Holding AG has founded Rettenmeier UK Ltd., a new subsidiary headquartered in Birmingham, to manage and coordinate all group activities in the United Kingdom. The move establishes local warehousing, logistics and customer service operations, including a new warehouse facility in Warrington designed to reduce delivery times and improve supply reliability, according to Rettenmeier.
The enhanced local presence will support closer collaboration with B&Q, the UK's largest DIY retailer and a long-standing partner.
