Magnus Wikström has been appointed acting President and CEO of Rottneros, effective February 20, 2026, following the departure of Lennart Eberleh. Wikström, who has served on the Rottneros Board of Directors since 2023, will retain his board position during the interim period while the company continues its search for a permanent CEO.

Wikström holds a PhD in Paper Technology and brings industry leadership experience from previous roles at Billerud and Korsnäs. He will lead Rottneros until a permanent successor is appointed. The company acknowledged Eberleh's nearly decade-long contribution since taking office in 2016.
Rottneros is an independent producer of market pulp.
