SRS Distribution has expanded its operations in Colorado and Texas through the acquisition of Specialty Wood Products, a distributor of premium decking, siding, and architectural-grade building materials.
The 35-person company, founded in 1989, will continue to be led by its President, Josh DeGuire, from its headquarters in Aurora, Colorado, and a second location in Kyle, Texas. The strategic move was confirmed by SRS Distribution.
The acquisition allows SRS to integrate SWP's custom-engineered solutions and value-added products with its existing national branch footprint. SWP has built a three-decade reputation serving luxury custom home builders and outdoor living professionals. With SRS's support, the company aims to develop a national platform in the specialty lumber sector.
