SaraRasa Bioindo signs wood-pellet off-take agreement with CellMark Energy

Nov 28, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Dovre Group’s associate SaraRasa Bioindo has signed wood pellet off-take agreement with CellMark Energy. The value of the agreement is minimum $1.5 million, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Cellmark Energy will purchase a majority portion of the wood pellets produced by SaraRasa Bioindo. The end users of the pellets are in South Korea and Japan.

“This agreement is an important milestone for SaraRasa Bioindo,” comments Ilari Koskelo, Chairman of SaraRasa Bioindo’s Board of Directors. “With both raw material supply and our long term off-take agreement now secured, we can focus on optimizing the production line and increasing the production capacity.”
