Slovenia's roundwood purchased from private owners in July 2020 was worth Euro 3 million, which is 33% more than in the previous month, as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by about 29% and of pulpwood by almost 36%, while the value of purchased other industrial roundwood was more than twice as high as in the previous month. The value of purchased wood fuel was lower by almost 37%. 

The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in July 2020 was about 42% lower than in July 2019. The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by about 52%, of pulpwood by about 9% and of wood fuel by almost 45%, while the value of other industrial roundwood was almost twice as high as a year ago.
