Compared to last April, the value of roundwood purchased from Slovenian private owners was higher by 11.4%. The value increased due to the higher value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs (by 17.7%). The value of other categories was lower than a year before, according to the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia.
Compared to March, the total value of roundwood purchased from private owners increased by 15.2%. The value went up in all categories, the most significantly of fuel wood (by more than a half). The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by 13.7%.
The total value of roundwood purchased in April 2025 from Slovenian private owners was at the annual level higher by 11.4% and at the monthly level by 15.2%.
