Slovenia's roundwood purchased from private owners in November 2018 was worth Euro 4.9 million, which is about 8% less than in the previous month, mainly due to the lower quantity of purchased wood, as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by about 10%, of pulpwood by 6% and of other industrial roundwood by about 1%. The value of purchased wood fuel was 7% higher.

The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in November 2018 was almost 5% lower than in November 2017. The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by almost 12%, while the values of purchased wood fuel and pulpwood were higher (by about 21% and by almost 20%, respectively). The value of purchased other industrial roundwood was almost the same as a year ago.
