Sonae receives acquisition offer from Kronospan for Auxerre and Le Creusot plants in France

Sonae Indústria’s indirect affiliate, Isoroy SAS, received an offer from Kronospan for the businesses and assets of the Auxerre and Le Creusot plants located in France, which includes the transfer of all the employees dedicated to those businesses, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

As a result, Isoroy SAS began the process of informing and consulting its employee representatives in relation to such potential transaction, as well as the subsequent downsizing of the headquarters located in Antony, Paris.

The decision on this offer will only be taken after the completion of the information and consultation procedure on this potential transaction.
