Spell Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of MacDonald & Owen through the Spell Family Office, partnering with the company's existing leadership team. Founded more than 50 years ago, MacDonald & Owen manufactures and supplies hardwood lumber and specialty wood products to customers worldwide. The transaction was announced by Spell Capital.
The existing management team will continue to lead the business and retain a meaningful ownership stake, ensuring continuity in the company's operations and customer relationships.
