Stallinger replaces the sorting conveyor at its Frankenmarkt sawmill in Austria. HOLTEC was chosen to be the supplier for the necessary investment in the sorting conveyor area, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

In only 5 weeks stop period the old equipment could be dis-assembled, the necessary foundations relocated as well as the new sorting conveyor installed and commissioned. This huge logistical effort could only be realized with a close collaboration of those who were responsible the project. The detailed project schedule was binding and encouraged all companies involved to perform in due time.

The new sorting conveyor is designed in the HOLTEC standard “solid plus”. In addition to a 3” conveying chain special features are the integrated energy chains and HARDOX wear ledges. The conveyor is placed onto the concrete boxes. Due to this a simple and consequent cleaning is possible.
