Stark Group has through its Danish business unit Stark Denmark A/S signed an agreement to acquire activities in the builders’ merchant chain, SJAKK, which is a regional player situated in Mid- and Eastern part of Jutland.
Stark Denmark is taking over activities in SJAKK, including the inventory, selected equipment and access to the customer base and the legal obligations pertaining to all 80 employees.
The agreement with SJAKK is the latest in a string of acquisitions Stark Group has made in Scandinavia and Germany the recent years, growing the company to be one of the leading distributors in the building material industry in Europe.
The completions of the SJAKK acquisitions are subject to necessary authority clearances, expected before the end of 2019.
