Stark opens its second 24/7 branch in Aalborg, Denmark. The construction industry is a dynamic industry, and by offering flexibility and availability around the clock, the company makes it easier for craftsmen to build and meet deadlines.

On 18 August 2014, Stark opened its doors to Denmark's first 24/7 builders’ merchant, and it has not been closed ever since. It is now more than eight years since Stark extended the opening hours of one of its branches in Copenhagen, thus becoming the first Danish builders’ merchant to open a 24/7 branch. Now the company is ready to repeat the success in Aalborg.

Søren P. Olesen, CEO of Stark Group says: “It is about increasing accessibility and service for our customers. One of the most important things for our professional tradespeople is to keep their project moving. By staying open 24/7, we provide flexibility and availability that helps them meet their deadlines.”

Since 2014, the 24/7 concept has been extended to Finland, where Stark Group has opened four 24/7 branches in Finland's biggest growth areas: Helsinki, Oulu, Tampere and Turku.

Stark Group is a leading business-to-business distributor of heavy building materials for the construction industry in Europe, with a strategic focus on serving professional builders from its more than 1,150 branches.
