Steico announces Irish partnership with Sonae

Sep 15, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Engineered wood products supplier Steico Ltd has announced a new trading partnership with Sonae to cover the whole of Ireland. The partnership will focus on the supply of complete engineered flooring systems, comprising Steico’s I-joists and LVL, with Sonae chipboard flooring panels, TTJ reported. Steico managing director Andy Moore described the partnership as a great opportunity for Steico to benefit from Sonae’s strong presence in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. “We also believe this initiative will open up the concept of complete engineered floor kits to a much wider audience and create many new opportunities for both companies,” said Mr Moore.
