Steves & Sons, Inc. will invest over $100 million and create 170 jobs over the next three years as it builds a new, state-of-the-art facility in Georgia, USA. 

“We are fortunate to be able to design and build the first molded door skin facility built in this country in over 15 years. Our ability to draw on a talented workforce necessary to operate this plant in Jackson County has created a unique opportunity that will be mutually beneficial,” said Edward Steves, CEO.

Steves & Sons new 310,000-square-foot facility will produce millions of molded door skins annually for interior doors used in new housing construction, and repair and remodeling.

Steves & Sons presently operates multiple door manufacturing sites in Texas, Tennessee, and Virginia, in as well as a value-added facility in Ashburn, Georgia opened in late 2021. The company will open a new door manufacturing plant in Brigham City, Utah in Q1 2023.
