Surteco Group SE has revised its full-year forecast downward for 2025, now expecting consolidated sales revenue between $810 million and $820 million and adjusted EBITDA between $75 million and $80 million.

The company previously anticipated results at the lower end of its prior forecast ranges of $850 million to $900 million for sales and $85 million to $105 million for EBITDA. The company attributed the adjustment to preliminary figures for November 2025.

According to Surteco Group, the revision results from surprisingly weak sales revenue and lower adjusted EBITDA, driven by persistently weak demand, particularly in the European and US markets. The company's management board announced the updated guidance based on this recent performance data.

Surteco Group's product portfolio includes papers printed with decor designs, impregnated materials, release papers, decorative flat foils and edgebandings based on specialist technical papers and plastics.
