Jul 05, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. The Swedish sawn timber and timber products group Rorvik Timber AB said on Friday, 30 June that it has agreed to sell its garden products brand Jabo Wood Products to Stevert AB, Nordic Business Report said.
The sales price was not disclosed, but Rorvik Timber said that the transaction will result in a pre-tax profit of SEK 12 million ($1.7 million).
Stevert plans to successively transfer the operations and personnel involved to its own facilities.
