Swiss Krono USA, Inc., a subsidiary of the Swiss Krono Group, announced that CFO Robert Dichiara will be retiring from the company December 31, 2019, following over 15 years of service with the company as CFO. Succeeding Mr. Dichiara as CFO will be Aaron Johnson, formerly of Elliott Davis, LLC, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Mr. Johnson comes to Swiss Krono USA from Elliott Davis, a regional public accounting firm, where he served as a Senior Manager of assurance and advisory services. He brings to Swiss Krono USA more than 20 years’ experience advising and consulting with executives in financial reporting and planning, internal controls, implementation and utilization of technology, and risk management.
