Swiss Krono Group has completed its acquisition of Collins Pine Company’s particleboard and engineered wood siding manufacturing facilities in Klamath Falls, Oregon, effective August 25, 2025. The sites are now officially part of Swiss Krono’s North American operations, expanding its footprint into the Western United States, Swiss Krono announced.

This acquisition follows the initial transaction announcement on May 30, 2025. Both companies acknowledged the support of employees, customers, and partners during the transition period. The financial terms of the sale remain undisclosed, and the remainder of Collins’ business units are unaffected by the deal.

Swiss Krono operates twelve production sites across eight countries and employs approximately 4,800 people. The company focuses on flooring, interiors, and building materials, with an emphasis on recyclable and sustainable solutions. Collins Pine Company, founded in 1855, continues operations in other U.S. regions and manages over 370,000 acres of FSC-certified forestland.
