The Tri-Wall Group announced that its Mexican subsidiary, TW Mexico Packaging Solutions, acquired a 100% stake in Thimm Packaging Systems Mexico, a leading supplier of industrial packaging, with a particular focus on serving the Mexican automotive market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Located in Puebla, Mexico, Thimm Packaging Systems Mexico has been part of the Thimm Group since 2015 and most recently employed 51 people. The facility primarily produces heavy duty corrugated packaging products.
According to Tri-Wall, the addition of Thimm Mexico will further expand Tri-Wall's capabilities in a key automotive and industrial market.

Its portfolio includes corrugated cardboard transportation and sales packaging, high-quality promotional displays, packaging systems combining a range of materials and print products for further industrial processing.
