The Royal Group (TRG) has acquired Chillicothe Packaging and its business unit Churmac Industries, located in Chillicothe, Ohio, in a move that expands the company's manufacturing footprint in the state. The acquisition aligns with TRG's strategic growth plans for the Ohio Valley region and strengthens its national network of packaging and display solutions.
Chillicothe Packaging operates from a 49,000 ft2 facility providing custom corrugated packaging and shipping solutions. The existing leadership team, including President Mike McCarty, will remain in place to ensure continuity for customers and employees. Bryan Fagan, SVP and Regional General Manager of TRG, cited the alignment with the company's growth strategy and the ideal partnership with the family-oriented culture of the acquired firm.
Chillicothe Packaging provides custom corrugated packaging and shipping solutions from its 49,000-square-foot facility in Chillicothe, Ohio. Churmac Industries specializes in single-face corrugated products.
