The ownership structure of Junnikkala Oy has changed as a result of a transaction. In accordance with the ownership arrangement, Juha and Johanna Junnikkala have divested their ownership in the company. The arrangement was implemented between the company and its other shareholders - CEO Kalle Junnikkala, Sales Director Veli-Matti Junnikkala and Production Director Janne Pyy.
Juha Junnikkala has served as the company's Forestry Director and as Chairman of the Board. Johanna Junnikkala has been a member of the Board of Directors. Both leave their duties to the company and the Board of Directors.
Junnikkala Oy is one of Finland's most important wood processing companies. The company's production facilities are located in Kalajoki and Oulainen, and it sells products made from raw material from the region to over 30 countries.
