UPM Adhesive Materials will expand in India with a new slitting and distribution terminal near New Delhi that is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2026, according to information released by UPM.
The company said the terminal will add slitting capability and a regional inventory of self-adhesive label materials to supply customers in Northern and Eastern India and support shorter lead times for local label converters.
The New Delhi terminal will complement UPM Adhesive Materials’ existing terminal in Mumbai, which opened in February 2024, extending the company’s service coverage across the country.
