US LBM has acquired XO Windows, a regional supplier and installer of windows and doors serving the Phoenix and Las Vegas-Henderson metropolitan areas. The acquired company, founded in 2008, offers vinyl, aluminum, and specialty-shape windows along with interior and exterior doors, with many products exceeding Energy Star requirements.
XO Windows will be integrated into US LBM's existing regional operations, with its Phoenix location joining the Arizona Building Supply division and its Nevada locations joining the Desert Companies division. The company operates from headquarters in Phoenix with additional sites in Tucson and Henderson, Nevada.
US LBM is the largest privately-owned, full-line distributor of specialty building materials in the United States.
