US LBM Holdings, LLC ("US LBM") has acquired Bailey Lumber & Supply, a distributor with six locations in Mississippi, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
US LBM acquired Bailey Lumber & Supply from the Bailey family, which founded the company in Mississippi in1947. Today, Bailey's offers a broad range of services and specialty building products to both professional builders and do-it-yourselfers, including roofing, siding, windows, cabinets, floor and roof truss systems, customized doors and fine millwork.
Bailey Lumber & Supply will continue to be led by Richard Kostal, who is remaining with the company as president.
US LBM is a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States.
