Veidekke has been commissioned by OBOS to build 53 Nordic Ecolabelled residential units in Sigtuna, northwest of Stockholm. The project is a design and build contract valued at approx. SEK 101 million ($11.9 million), with occupancy expected to start in 1Q 2023.
The brand new Sigtuna Stadsängar district aims to be Sweden's most sustainable. A 330,000 m2 area will house 900 residential units, built for various types of living formats and rental contracts.

Veidekke is one of Scandinavia's largest contractors.
