Vida's CEO Måns Johansson has been appointed President of Canfor Europe. Måns has been Vida’s CEO since 2019 and before that sales manager for the group. Now he will assume the role of President of Canfor Europe while remaining as CEO of Vida.
Vida is Sweden's largest sawmill group with, among other things, 12 sawmills. Since 2019, the Canadian company Canfor has owned 70% of the shares in Vida.
Vida is a global supplier of manufactured products from sustainable Swedish forests. Production is mainly focused on structural timber for a variety of global markets. The manufacturing business includes packaging, animal bedding, pellet, biofuel and houses.
