Voith has signed an agreement with Spectris plc to acquire BTG for a total gross cash consideration of Euro 319 million. The transaction is expected to close late in the 4Q 2019. The closing is subject to the company obtaining all regulatory approvals as well as other customary closing conditions.
BTG offers a high-value portfolio of optimized and customized solutions for a range of applications, mainly in the areas of packaging, graphic papers and tissue.
