Dec 22, 2008. /Lesprom.com/. West Fraser Mills is closing its Northstar Lumber sawmill in Quesnel, British Columbia indefinitely. The closure will begin on December 22, Lesprom Network informed according to Random Lengths WoodWire. Production at the mill has been about 160 million board feet annually. The restart of production will depend on market conditions.
