White Cap acquires Reinforcing Steel Supply and Stuart Building Products, broadening its rebar fabrication and concrete accessories operations across Texas and Florida. The acquisition brings five RSS facilities in Austin, Corpus Christi, Belton, Odessa, and Mustang Ridge, and two Stuart locations in Pompano Beach and Fort Myers into White Cap’s network, according to the company.

Reinforcing Steel Supply, based in Austin and founded in 1991, delivers rebar and concrete accessories primarily to non-residential and infrastructure projects across Texas. Its services include fabrication, estimating, detailing, and jobsite material solutions. Stuart Building Products, located in Florida, serves residential markets with rebar, concrete products, and lumber, and is recognized for its customer relationships and service reliability.

White Cap states the move enhances service reach while supporting future employee growth and customer responsiveness. The company currently operates about 500 branches across North America
