Woodstoxx announces the appointment of Matthijs Keersebilck as CEO.

Over the past year, the group of companies revolving around Woodstoxx has undergone a strategic restructuring. As part of this evolution, the four companies, Woodstoxx, Belgiqa, Unicus, and The Hub, have been grouped under a new overarching entity: the Highway Group. Matthijs Keersebilck succeeds the former CEO of Woodstoxx, Robbert Desmet, who will fully focus on the Highway Group and Unicus from April 8th onwards.

Prior to his appointment at Woodstoxx, Matthijs Keersebilck served as the Commercial Director at the property developer Matexi for six years. Before that, he built his career in the football industry, working with both Anderlecht and Club Brugge. Matthijs also currently sits on the board of directors of the National Lottery and Hallelujah.

Woodstoxx specializes in high-end wooden flooring and cladding for both interior and exterior applications. Founded seventeen years ago in Menen, Woodstoxx now also has branches in Ghent and Antwerp, Belgium.
