Yildiz Entegre makes panel factory acquisition in Turkey

Jan 14, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Turkish panel manufacturer Yildiz Entegre has acquired the entire share capital of Masstas, which has a 620 cubic metres per day capacity for chipboard/MFC, as TTJ reported.
“We plan to increase the production capacity of the newly-acquired Masstas factory,” said Hakki Yildiz, member of the Yildiz Entegre board of directors.
“We are also speedily increasing our production capacity by adding new plants to our existing plants,” he said.
The group plans to commission an MDF plant at Mersin (capacity of 450,000 cubic metres) and a particleboard plant at Manisa during the 1Q 2012.
