The Property Relations Ministry of Yakutia plans to offer a 17.5% stake in Alrosa-Lesprom (Lensk, Yakutia) at auction on December 30, the ministry told Interfax. The stake will be offered in a single lot of 180,000 common shares with par value of 100 rubles. The starting price for the package is set at 30.836 million rubles. Successive bids must be increased by 308,400 rubles. Bids will be accepted from November 27 to Decemer 26. Alrosa-Lesprom, a lumber and millwork products supplier, has charter capital of 103 million rubles.
