Ahlstrom appoints Robin Ahlström as Chairman of the Board
The Board of Directors of Ahlstrom Corporation has elected Robin Ahlström as Chairman of the Board as of October 1, 2014. In his new role, Mr. Ahlström will also become a member of the Shareholders' Nomination Board.

of Directors of Ahlstrom Corporation has elected Robin Ahlström as Chairman of
the Board as of October 1, 2014. Robin Ahlström has served as Vice Chairman of
the Board since 2014 and as member of the Board since 2013. In his new role, Mr.
Ahlström will also become a member of the Shareholders' Nomination Board, as
the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
In
addition, the current Board member Markus Rauramo was appointed Chairman and
member of the Human Resources Committee.
As
of today, there will be seven members on the Board of Directors of Ahlstrom. The
term of the Board of Directors will expire at the close of the next Annual
General Meeting.
