Liudmila Bykova was appointed deputy CEO responsible for human resources and social programs. Alexander Kochnev was born in Arkhangelsk on January, 10 1968. Graduated from Arkhangelsk timber technical college with the degree of pulp and paper industry engineer and technologist. Alexander Kochnev worked on Arkhangelsky until 1996, since 1996 has been working with NWTIC. Worked as CEO of Kamennogorsky offset paper mill, Nemansky pulp and paper enterprise and deputy-CEO of NWTIC. Liudmila Bykova was born in Bereka village, Kharkov region, Ukraine on July, 19 1954. Graduated from Kharjov State pedagogical college with the degree of chemistry and biology teacher, in 1989 passed temporary studies and obtained a degree of conduct psychology specialist. Worked for 24 years in USSR schools countrywide as teacher and deputy-headmaster. Since 2001 has been working in North-West Timber Industry Company as head of the ‘Book world’ department and social projects manager. Married, mother of 1 son.
