The FSC™-accredited certification body, Woodmark, issued certificate number SA-FM/COC-004173 to Arauco, verifying that all the company’s forest holdings in Chile are being managed in compliance with the rigorous standards of the Forest Stewardship Council, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The certificate is valid for a period of five years and independent third-party audits of Arauco’s forest operations will be conducted annually to verify continued compliance with this standard.
