Arctic Paper subsidiary Arctic Paper Grycksbo informs that maintained the financial ratios i.e. solidity ratio and interest coverage defined by the credit facility agreement with Svenska Handelsbanken AB, parties acknowledged that the original wording of the agreement is applicable. 

The agreement stipulates an indefinite payment term of the credit facility, nevertheless it is possible for the bank to terminate the agreement if the financial ratios are not maintained as of the review date. The next review date falls as of 31 December 2014.
