Dec 25, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Arkhangelsky pulp and paper enterprise will hold an urgent general meeting in accordance with the requirements posed by one of the shareholders – Watech Limited. The current board of directors elected on June, 30 2004 will be dismissed and the new board of directors will be elected. Watech Limited presented the following candidates for approval by all the shareholders: Vyacheslav Krylov, Alexey Drobashenko, Yuri Tyamushkin, Nikolai Zaitsev, Albert Evdokimovsky, Alexander Chernyavsky, Alexey Zalevsky. The urgent general meeting will take place on February, 22 2005 at 11AM at: Melnikova str., 1., Novodvinsk. Shareholders and representatives will be registered at 9 AM. As Lesprom.ru reported earlier, after a multilateral deal with the participation of Promstroibank, Ilim Pulp and Continental Management that was signed in late October 2004, Promstroibank sold 20% of Arkhangelsky to Continental Management. Continental Management now owns a total of 33% of Arkhangelsky shares.
