Nov 18, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Belarusian government and Petrozavodskmach management have discussed cooperation possibilities concerning pulp-and-paper and petrochemical industries equipment during the meeting that took place on November, 15. Petrozavodskmach delegation was headed by enterprise's director general Leonid Beluga who reported on Shklov project realization. In the framework of this project Karelian mill will produce and deliver paper machine equipment to the building site in the city of Scklov. Belarusian part has approved progress of work of Petrozavodskmach which goes ahead of schedule. Furthermore, during the meeting were discussed the results of Belarusian Svetlogorsky pulp-and-cardboard mill modernization where production capacities of second stage were set in operation. Belarusian prime-minister Serguei Sidorsky has high evaluated the functioning of new equipment which allows pulp mill to improve the quality and to increase production volume.
