5. Bosnia's Serb Republic on Wednesday offered to sell the state-owned stakes in six companies on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
Dec 01, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Bosnia's Serb Republic on Wednesday offered to sell the state-owned stakes in six companies on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange. One of them is Napredak Sipovo, operating in forest industry. Stake offered is 29.235%, starting price is 8 158 Bosnian marka (Euro 4 171).
The auctions will take place on December 16 and, in case they are not successful, will be repeated a week later, the Serb Republic Privatisation Directorate said.
The Serb Republic is one of the two parts that form postwar Bosnia. The other is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
